Sketchbook - Colt in Wonderland
This was part of a school assignment called "sketch a day". Every student got to pick something for some day out of the month and everyone had to draw everything. The prompt for this one was "Alice in Wonderland inspired", and so you have my cowboy-punk characters Maggie as Alice, Rosemary as the Cheshire Cat, and Maggie's mother Vivian as the Queen of Hearts. It's notable, because this is the first time I've drawn Vivi. I always meant to do a companion piece featuring the guys, but that might be a while still.
This will be featured in the Summer 2008 edition of my sketchbook, available at Paradise Comicon next week.
